SoftCare SeniorHair didn’t begin as a business—it began as a calling. For as long as I can remember, caring for others has been the center of who I am. My journey started as a therapeutic foster parent, opening my home and heart to individuals who needed patience, understanding, and unconditional support. Those early experiences taught me that small acts of care can change someone’s entire day—and sometimes their life.
Growing Through Service
Transitioning into healthcare deepened my calling. Working closely with seniors and individuals with mobility or sensory challenges revealed how much dignity and confidence can be restored through personalized care.

Live-in caregiving took me across 23 states, into countless homes, and into the lives of MANY incredible people. Each client brought unique stories, cultures & languages - but one truth remained:

Brittany is not only a wonderful person, but wonderful at doing hair with great hygiene! She’ll do exactly what makes YOU happy with your hair. I’ve always thrown mine in a bun and called it done! She would beg to do my hair for fun and has done my hair many many times throughout 25 years. She’ll definitely make you laugh and you can talk to her about anything.
